Chat is strictly between verified tutors and verified parents/guardians only. All users are authenticated before accessing the messaging feature. We do not share your messages with third parties.

Aqlam connects families with real-world tutoring services. Our tutors are verified individuals. Class sessions are conducted live via video and we store session records to help track your learning progress.

Your data is used solely to operate the Aqlam platform — to schedule classes, process payments, enable communication between parents and tutors, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe and we do not store any card details on our servers.
